For registered nurses, ward assistants & physiotherapists

Your path from account to eligible shifts

Bridge Hive is built for registered nurses, ward assistants, and physiotherapists who complete a clear verification path before accessing openings. Email confirmation is only the first step — platform review activates your account.

The continuation page helps you return to the Bridge Hive worker app after email confirmation. It is not a full web version of the app. For account help, see platform support.

How payments work

How payments work

Wage pay and platform commission are separate obligations with separate payment methods.

  1. Work is approved

The worker completes a shift. The organization reviews the timesheet and approves the completed work before the payment steps below.

    • Shift completed
    • Timesheet reviewed
    • Work approved
  2. Organizations pay workers directly

The healthcare organization pays approved gross wages by bank transfer. Bridge Hive does not collect, hold, or disburse hospital wages.

    • Paid by the organization
    • Direct bank transfer of approved wages
    • Bridge Hive never holds wages
  3. Separate platform commission

Bridge Hive separately invoices the worker for its platform commission after approved work. The worker settles that invoice on its own schedule — it is not deducted from wages.

    • Separate Bridge Hive commission invoice
    • Paid separately by the worker
    • Not deducted from organization wage transfer
