Organizations

Publish shifts with role and ward clarity

Configure locations and wards, create openings for registered nurses, ward assistants, or physiotherapists, and review completed timesheets. Platform approval is required before your organization can publish shifts.

Platform capabilities

Staffing operations with role and ward clarity

Every capability below maps to a real Bridge Hive workflow — not a fill-rate promise.

  • Locations, wards, and roles

Organizations define where work happens and which roles are eligible for each opening.

  • Verified worker eligibility

Professionals complete document and bank-detail review with a platform admin before marketplace shifts appear.

  • Shift publishing & acceptance

Publish role-specific openings. Eligible workers browse and accept shifts that match their activation status.

  • Timesheet review

Completed work flows through organization review — keeping records of what was scheduled and completed.

  • Separate payment paths

Organizations pay workers by bank transfer for approved wages. Workers settle a separate Bridge Hive platform commission invoice.

  • Account activation gates

Neither hospitals nor professionals get full access from a single signup click — review and invitation flows apply.

How it works

From opening to settlement

A concise view of the shared operational loop — then the two detailed paths below.

  1. Shift published

Organizations create role-specific openings for wards and locations after platform approval.

  2. Professional claims

Eligible nurses, ward assistants, and physiotherapists browse and accept shifts that match their activation.

  3. Timesheet reviewed

Completed work flows through organization review before wages are approved.

  4. Wage + invoice settle

Organizations pay wages by bank transfer; workers settle a separate platform commission invoice.

For organizations

Publish shifts with role and ward clarity

Provisioned access, ward setup, and timesheet review — without open hospital self-registration.

  1. Provisioned access

Bridge Hive creates organization accounts. Use the activation email or organization sign-in once invited — there is no open hospital self-registration.

  2. Set up and publish

Configure locations and wards, then publish shifts for registered nurses, ward assistants, or physiotherapists after platform approval.

  3. Review completed work

Accept timesheets and keep operational visibility across locations and wards.

For professionals

From registration to eligible shifts

App signup, document review, and role-matched openings — activation is never automatic after email confirmation alone.

  1. Create an account

Register in the Bridge Hive worker app and confirm your email. Confirmation is not the same as account verification.

  2. Submit for review

Upload role-specific documents and bank details for wage payouts. A platform admin reviews the package before activation.

  3. Accept eligible shifts

After activation, browse and accept openings that match your role — then complete timesheets in the app.

Trust & verification

Platform checks — not a blanket clinical guarantee

Bridge Hive runs structured account review for organizations and workers: credentials and bank details for wage payouts are examined by a platform administrator before marketplace access. The platform does not replace employer clinical judgment, professional registration boards, or local employment law — and activation is never automatic after signup alone.

Common questions

Clear answers before you sign in

Everything you need to know about getting started, eligibility, payments, and how the worker app continuation works — all in one place.

Can my hospital create an account online?
Not via open self-registration. Organization accounts are provisioned by Bridge Hive. Existing admins use Organization sign in; new partners should prepare a partnership inquiry.
Does confirming my email make me eligible for shifts?
No. Email confirmation proves the address works. Document and bank-detail review by a platform admin is required before shifts become available.
Who pays my wages — and what about commission?
The healthcare organization pays approved wages by bank transfer. Bridge Hive does not hold or disburse hospital wages. Separately, workers settle a Bridge Hive platform commission invoice on its own schedule. Bank details support wage transfer; they are not used to collect commission.
What does “Worker app continuation” open?
A web page that helps you return to the Bridge Hive worker app after email confirmation, including deep-link guidance. It is not a full browser version of the app. For account help, contact platform support.
